Dress and Pour: Episode 3 - Before the Aisle

This episode was dedicated to the bride-to-be.

Weddings move me. The romance, gentle atmosphere, and quiet beauty of delicate flowers and meaningful glances create a setting filled with emotion. This unspoken love is powerful, and I am often touched by how gracefully these moments unfold.

Episode 3 embodies pure romance.

It was inspired by that dreamy moment before the aisle, that fragile, suspended space where everything feels tender yet full of purpose. The calm before the vows. The soft anticipation. The way love lingers in the air is almost tangible. Yes, there is stress along the way, but it fades into the background when you realise how worth it all is.

In this episode, white became more than a colour.

It became a soft glow, a whispered promise, and a quiet beginning.

This episode celebrates the tender transition as a bride-to-be moves closer to her future, surrounded by love, warmth, and the promise of what lies ahead.

Behind the Scenes

This shoot is me: white, high heels, and a touch reminiscent of Bridgerton.

It was slightly dramatic and moody.

It was a gloomy day. The lighting wasn’t perfect, and the day was overcast, so I relied on a soft box. I would have preferred bright sunlight, but the setup still achieved the desired effect, which made it feel more intentional. Slower and more thoughtful.

This experience reflects the essence of weddings: imperfect, emotional, and beautiful.

The Most Important Part

I was truly moved to see how much the bride-to-be appreciated the candles. This episode resonated with her, and she felt seen and celebrated, which made every adjustment, late night, and lighting tweak worth it. Even with tight schedules, we made it work for her to collect the candles. To be part of these unforgettable moments, the quiet, emotional experiences that remain long after the last dance.

This experience will stay with me for a long time.
